HHSC is a recognised RYA Training Centre and has been accredited as a Champion club. Our principal objective is to encourage small boat sailing and racing. The club has its own fleet of Optimist, Pico, Wayfarer, Feva and Topper dinghies. Each year RYA dinghy and power boat courses are held. Our instructors are RYA qualified and examine up to Advanced level dinghy sailing and Safety boat respectively. First Aid, Youth Training and Power boat courses take place during the winter months.Training courses are usually only available for club members, so do come and join us - see the membership page for details and an application form. Visit the clubhouse at any weekend to meet members and enjoy the bar and food facilities on offer.
